You really didn’t think Sean Levert’s death would come to a tidy conclusion, did you?

According to the latest reports, the R&B singer – who was in jail for failing to keep up with child-support payments when he died Sunday night – passed away while strapped to a restraining chair in the Cuyahoga County Jail’s psych ward. Apparently, Levert was moved to the psychiatric division after he began mumbling incoherently. He then became violent, so he was put in the chair.

Monday’s autopsy revealed nothing. It could take another six weeks until toxicology reports are ready. Sean was the brother of Gerald (who died in November 2006), part of the O’Jays dynasty, and a member of ’80s hitmakers Levert, who scored their biggest hit in 1987 with “Casanova.” Give a listen below.

Ok, so I sat down last night to watch Daniel Day Lewis’ stellar performance in “There Will Be Blood” and I was floored.  Truly one of the nest movies I’ve ever watched.  The character development of Lewis’ “Daniel Plainview” was great.  For many years my favorite cranky old guy has been the father in “Legends Of The Fall”.  Stroke-ridden, wearing a bulky fur coat and screaching “screw ‘em” in the final scenes.  But now I have a new fave.  It’s DDL exclaiming “I drink your milkshake, I drink it all up!”

Last week, I put some finishing touches on a new site I built for the alumni of my alma mater Southeast.  I’ve been wanting to build a community site for a long time, and I got a chance to build some cool features into it.  This is a test of a more open site with more permissions granted to authenticated users.  Let’s see if they can break it.

Planning a quad-camping trip this weekend to Rumble On The Ridge with a few buddies of mine.  Should be a fun time.

So 8 of us went to Nashville.  We had a blast and stayed in 2 of my condos.  We got some ink, drank a little, played some cards, got “wanded”, saw the Grand Ol Opry, went downtown and saw some great bands at The Stage and Robert’s Western World.

So I picked up a hard top from someone I found on the 4WD forum.  Nice top that came off a 2003 TJ.  Fit my ‘04 like a glllove.  Need to pick up the harness kit so the rear wiper and defrogger will work.  Stealership told me the kit was $140 and labor was around 2 hundred.  F* that! Ok, so i get completely tired of something, I trash it and start over.  Story of my life right?  Been blogging with Drupal for some time now, and seems like Wordpress is pretty cool too, so I figured a couple taps here and there and now I’ve got a Wordpress sandbox to play in.  What really spurred this interest is the site http://www.widgetbox.com/  Widgets are cool.  Who doesn’t like widgets?  I want all of them.
